Acro Yoga

The Class

Acro Yoga combines acrobatics and the balance of yoga. Working with your partners you will do wonderful yet challenging sequences of inversions, flows and balances.
You are working with other people which helps to develop trust, connection and openness with your partners. At least three participants: the base person, the flyer and the spotter.
You will gain strength, trust, control and increased co-ordination.
