Vinyasa is all about Flow
I have been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2013. I completed my first 200 hours of teacher training at Hot Yoga Wellness in 2010, and another 200 hours of teacher training at Downward Dog in 2016. I am grateful to my teachers Sujun Chen, Ron Reid, Marla Joy, and many others.
Yoga for me is an integrated discipline that unites asana, criya, pranayama, and meditation practice. My personal asana practice is based on classical hatha and vinyasa yoga.
In my classes I encourage students to be aware of their limitations, to avoid injury by guiding them through modified poses that corresponds with their ability, to focus on breathing, and to synchronize movements with their breath.
