The Class

These classes will be a mix of yoga poses, functional movement, and body resistance training designed to increase your heart rate and shape the body. Each class will be a total body workout with an emphasis on specific small muscular groups to focus on every week. This class is accessible to all levels as modifications will be given throughout the practice. Get ready to bring an open mind, a willingness to explore, and your hard working nature to your mat – and for the burn!
