Vinyasa Flow

The Class

A dynamic Vinyasa style yoga philosophy using pranayama breath techniques to encourage the creation of space with the body, mind and nervous system. Each class will have a slightly different emphasis leading students to develop strength, endurance, proper alignment and grow in their own practice.
