Yoga Can Change Your Life

I have been in love with yoga for more than a decade. I never danced or did gymnastics when I was young. I never passed the PE classes in school. But I discovered yoga as my path towards my wellbeing. I started my yoga practice in order to improve my health level. After a while, I felt myself not only healthier, but also more confident. Yoga changed my life since then. For me yoga is not only a physical exercise, but also the tool to find who I am. I am a certified yoga instructor of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and hot yoga. I am also a certified health advisor. I have been devoting my energy, love, and passion in the Richmond Hill location for more than ten years. This studio is almost a second home for me. My classes are focusing on the alignment of each posture. I believe that the right alignment allows energy to flow into our body. We get the maximum benefit of yoga practice through the correct alignment. I also believe yoga practice is not only on our mats, but our lives are also a big yoga practice. Through the alignment of the energy, our vibration matches our desires. Then our dreams come true one by one. Because energy creates the mass. Seth book says, “You create your own reality.” I feel appreciation for my life, and the eagerness for what is unfolding.
