A flowing hot class infusing Hatha and Vinyasa aimed at strengthening and opening the body. The class may incorporate sun salutations and flows between poses allowing you to link movement with breath. Be ready to explore some deeper stretches, back bends and forward bends and possibly explore some arm balances and challenging balancing poses! Some experience recommended. New students keep in mind that it may take a few times practicing to become accustomed to the hot yoga room and the practice in general.
