Yin Yoga

The Class

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of students. Yin targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that are not normally exercised in more active styles of asana practice. Helps restore the body. A relaxed, meditative yet challenging practice where postures are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga is a perfect compliment and addition to your practice.
