Coming to yoga with a martial arts background, Eric brings his knowledge of movement and flexibility to each class. With a strong focus on alignment and breath, Eric teaches a challenging class while keeping it fun and accessible to all levels. His classes, founded in the Ashtanga tradition, provide an environment for students to learn and grow their yoga.
He believes that by maintaining a mindful approach to their practice students can transform themselves physically, mentally and spiritually. As we face and overcome obstacles on our mat we build the strength and focus to overcome any obstacles we face off the mat.
Eric completed his teacher training in 2008 at Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto and continues to further his practice there with his teacher Ron Reid. He has been teaching at this Richmond Hill location for since 2008.
