Healthy Body Starts with Proper Posture & Alignment
Through the practice of yoga, I’ve realized the importance of proper posture and alignment to prevent injury and create a healthy body. My Ashtanga and Restorative training at Downward Dog Ashtanga Centre with my teachers Ron Reid and Marla Meenakshi Joy have helped me to deepen my practice and to become a better yoga teacher. In my classes I bring this learning to my students in the hope that they can share my experience and love of yoga.
I have been serving this Richmond Hill yoga community since 2013. I will continue my passion and bring joy and movement in every class I teach.
