Meet Fiona
Fiona is a determined and passionate individual who enjoys connecting with those around her. She started practicing yoga in 2012 and has loved it ever since. She finds that yoga is a great tool that helps with both physical and mental wellness, more specifically anxiety. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2019 and 500 hour advanced training in 2024.Emphasizing proper alignment, breath awareness, and intentional movement, Fiona creates a calm and supportive environment where students can build confidence and develop a sustainable yoga practice.
