The Class
A Hatha based hot yoga class with roughly 40-50 posture, aimed at strengthening and opening the body. The class begins with a variety of warm up poses and moves throughout a fairly basic yet challenging first half of class. The second half of class takes the practice to the mat moving into some deeper stretches, back bends and forward bends. This class is available to any level of practice. New students keep in mind that it may take a few times practicing to become accustomed to the hot yoga room and the practice in general. Stay well hydrated before and after class, take plenty of breaks during class while getting accustomed to the heat, and feel free to drink water anytime during class.
