Health Qi Gong Entry Level Training

We were very happy to see familiar and new faces at our first Health Qi Gong Entry Level Training!

What is Qi Gong? Qigong is a Chinese exercise and healing technique that includes moving meditation and focus on deep, diaphragmatic breathing to manage tension, anxiety and enhance peace of mind.

We will provide the students FREE Qigong classes in August

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

6:30AM to 7:30AM with Sujun.
