This class will bring it up a notch from our traditional Foundation Flow. The practice will start with a Vinyasa flow, opening your body, warming all the main muscle groups with a particular focus on the upper body and core strength. The practice will then transition, through a balancing flow, to a more restorative, yin floor series, focusing on deeper stretches, holding poses for a bit longer, allowing for gentle deeper stretch. Even though the flow is more advanced, it is open to beginners.
