Reiki

“Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. About Tara:  Tara has been practicing Reiki since 2023, integrating energy-based healing with a deep understanding of human movement and physiology. As a strength coach, exercise physiologist, and yoga teacher, she integrates science, movement, and mindful practices. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and an MBA, offering a balanced and integrative approach to health and wellness.
