Rob’s yoga journey started in 2015 because he needed to lose weight. After attending his very first class, Rob became hooked on the practice. Not knowing very much about yoga, he dove right into it full force, learning as much as he could to lose weight and gain mobility and flexibility. After losing 60lbs and receiving so many compliments, Rob started helping his friends and coworkers with their journeys.
In 2019, he decided to take the 250 hour Teacher Training. Rob’s hope as a yoga teacher, is to help his students in anyway he can and share his positive energy with everyone.
