Elizabeth is a determined and passionate individual who enjoys connecting with those around her. She started practicing yoga in 2017 after dancing for several years and has loved it ever since. She finds that yoga is a great tool that helps with both physical and mental wellness, more specifically anxiety. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2020 and hopes to continue on her journey furthering as well as spreading her knowledge even more. She enjoys being a plant mom, listening to and playing music.
