Kim completed his 250 hour teacher training with Hot Yoga Wellness in 2017. However, he began practicing yoga in 2012 to help with persistent shoulder and hip injuries. Researching on a natural solution to elevate the pain, he stumbled upon yoga.
Through his journey, he discovered that to be truly healthy, we need to start from the inside out, and continuous practice will provide us with a deeper understanding of our physical, mental and emotional self.
Kim is a firm believer that when we pay attention to our practice, our breath, and alignment, we instill awareness into our intentions and bring more happiness to ourselves. He hopes to inspire students to bring home the energy they cultivate in the studio, so they can incorporate it in their everyday life.
