May’s passion for yoga began over a decade go and teaching yoga is one of the many ways she has found to promote health and wellness to support numerous communities. May is trained in Psychology, Trauma counselling and advocacy for women and youth as well as culinary arts. She combines her work as a chef and registered nutrition specialist in wellness and weight management with her work as a 500 RYT Yoga teacher to pursue her mission of bringing wellness and well-being to students and clients of all ages.
