Suzannah rediscovered her love of yoga during rehabilitation post surgery. This lead her to become a yoga teacher where she could share her passion of preventive self-care through yoga. In her classes, she focuses on creating an energetic, healing environment, where she uses hands-on healing and breathing techniques to assist her students. Her classes are also crafted to be fun, energetic and balanced.
As a teacher, Suzannah loves to teach. She especially enjoys sharing her knowledge and observing the growth and evolution of her students. Seeing her students heal themselves through the mindful movements and breathing, also brings her great joy and satisfaction beyond measure.
